One nice thing about WordPress is the huge amount of plugins available. I tried out Gallery a little while ago so I thought I would install the Gallery plugin to see how easily I could integrate pictures in the blog using the features it provides. I was recently accepted into the Picasa Web trial too, so I can compare and contrast. Gallery also lets you import from Picasa, so it should be possible to use both should the Gallery interface prove to be a bit clunky.
Update: 11/29/06 – I have become a Flickr convert so I have removed the pics using Gallery and eventually got around to updating posts
